Rocky Collector is a small, privately operated desktop tool that retrieves selected handover messages from Google Drive so they can be reviewed and reconciled with a locally maintained continuity record.

How it works

Read approved messages

The operator authorises a read-only Google Drive connection. The local software checks a designated message folder and reads relevant documents.

Check locally

The collector records which message identifiers it has seen so that repeated deliveries can be recognised. Content is handled on the operator’s own computer.

Keep the operator in control

The collector does not use its Google authorisation to create, change, move or delete files. It is a private utility, not a public login or messaging service.
